A week or two ago, I was putting some pictures I had taken onto my camera, and I noticed that the file names it was giving the pictures were really strange. Normally, it names them IMG_9865.jpg and numbers like that. But this time, the numbers were IMG_0013.jpg… you know what this means? I’ve taken over 10,000 pictures since June of 2003, when I got my first digital camera. That’s crazy. What can I say, I love taking pictures.

man, board games can be so much fun. i played a few rousing rounds of pictionary this evening, and it was highly enjoyable. hurray!

On the menu
And it will be delicious. Mmm. Just as soon as I take a shower, to wash off the:
- sunscreen
- sand
- lake water
- sweat
- general grit & grime
And that will be a lovely thing, too.
Tthought of the day: I love summer, because in the summer, I can enjoy my weekends. And once I graduate, my life will be like one big summer… work, no homework. Mmm.

Part 16 of the house saga: the oven
Today, our landlord told us we’ll be getting a new oven (only two of the burners work and the oven itself doesn’t work). This will make our kitchen the proud owner of FOUR (4) brand-new appliances:
- refrigerator (with working ice maker as of today)
- dishwasher (currently washing its second load)
- microwave (complete with back-and-forth sliding tray, none of this spinning circle business)
- oven (in a week or so)
Hurray for remodeling…
